1) Download and install Payback by clicking here: http://www.payback.ie/downloads/setup.exe 2) Start up Payback 3) Enter your registration details from the email that was sent to you when you bought Payback (Admin / Options screen). Click Update 4) Restore your most recent payroll backup using Admin / Backup / Restore Please note: We don't have copies of your payroll data. It's your responsibility to make regular backups and store them somewhere other than your C: drive. We'd recommend a CD-R, a memory stick, or creating an email in hotmail or gmail and saving the backup file as an attachment (this is an effective off-site backup strategy) |
