For Payback version 2.16 or less. To change a Salary amount: - Click on the 'Employee' button on the menu at the left of the screen. The employee screen will appear. - Select the employee you wish to change the salary for, by clicking their row in the list. - Select the 'Pay Details' Tab. - Type the new salary. - Click 'Update Employee' to save your changes. If an employee is paid by the hour, select the 'Flat Rate' option in the 'Pay Details' tab. You will be able to pay them different amounts each pay period. |
