1. click 'Admin'. This is at the bottom left of the screen. 2. Click the 'Back up' icon - the Back up screen will appear 3. Click the 'Back up' button. 4. You will be asked for a filename. Call it something like JanPayroll and save it to the desktop or somewhere you'll be able to find it. 5. When emailing the file, make sure that it's at least 2Mb and ends in .bak (so for the above example, JanPayroll.bak) |
