If you are unable to produce P60s, please check the following:

- Are your reports disabled? Please refer to this thread:

- Do you have the correct year selected? Please check that the year drop down at the top left of the reports screen is displaying the year you want to produce the P60s for.

- No employees are being listed.
Employees will only be listed for the P60 if they were paid during the year, and they were also employed on 31 December of the year.
Check that the employees were not P45d during the year. Click the P45 button in the employee screen and see if there is a leave date.
To check the employees were paid during the year, select the history tab in the Payroll screen and see if there were payments processed.
